Hi there - I have a problem.
I am tier 3 - lvl 28.
I understand that in introducing storyline quests some dungeons are blocked until the quests are fulfilled - good idea.
I undestand that as I'm tier 3 I'm not allowed to follow tier 1 and 2 province storyline quests - a shame, but I guess you have the choice.
But now that means there are quite a few dungeons I can't even enter in all the tier 1 and 2 provinces, either to fight or to collect resources, and I never will be able to enter them, as I'll never be able to fulfil the quest requirements. That just seems unfair as some of them I wanted to gain fighting experience in or collect resources and can't - and not because I've refused to undertake quests, just because the cut off was introduced when I had been playing for some time.
Can't you make it so that if you're not allowed to take the storyline quests, you're not prohibited from entering the dungeons?
