Whenever you ask a question on the Forum you can receive an answer from another member or a "competent" answer. A "competent" answer is an answer given by Trusted Member, Forum Staff member, Global Moderator or Community Manager. If you do not receive a "competent" answer within 24 hours you can write to
support@imperiaonline.org.
Trusted Member – Regular members you can trust to. These are experienced players who know the game in details.
Forum Staff – You can see them here on International Forum only. These are the Global Moderators from the separate national forums.
Global Moderators – These are the Forum Moderators. They are the ones in charge of the Forum.
Community Manager – These are Imperia Games Team members who provide the connection between players and game developers.
