There is a big red square underneath his rings - that is the dismiss button.

If I hire Merc 19 level tier2, and later Merc receive experience and get 20 level, it should be healed as tier2 or tier3???

mercenaries still will be tier 2 till moment you upgrade him to tier 3 in healer shop

Thank you  :) Another question:

How rename Merc? Them at me three: Merc, Merc, Merc  *hihi*

I have two Mercs with "Defence stance".
In battle, why I can put an point "Defence stance" only to one of them? If I put an point "Defence stance" to the second - point disappears at the first.
