Lots of durability lost when losing a fight

I noticed that in a fight that I lose, against enemies that are NOT players(barbarians, followers,...)....the durability loss is quite big. It should be only 1 point of durability loss.

When you die in battle, you lose 10% of Durability, (Tier 4 -20%, Tier 5 -40%), when you win the battle, you lose 1 point of durability for each item you equip.

Interesting....I thought this rule was only  in PvP fights, now I must be a little carefull and use those damn spirit potions
