Try reinstalling Flash player. install newest version.
alco cleaning cache could solve your problem.
in mozilla click clear private data and in newest version, click clear recent history and clear only cache.

Because his char seems ok to me - it moves, and everything is visible.

Problem solved!! He follow the instructions and after one pc restart all was back to normal.
