full durability

how come everything i loot has full durability. i just smashed the guy wearing it....shouldnt it be smashed as well?

You might as well have looted his hidden stash.
The weapons in there should be in pristine condition, I suppose?

if they had a hidden stash its safe to assume they also wore armor themselves. there is no point in dieing becouse you want to keep your army nice and shiny. so if you find stuff in a hidden stash, why not loot the bodies as well :)
