same thing happend right before i was sinning that 20, i have lost then 3 hides and AP!

No, most probably noone is going to compensate your loss. Its just a game. The problem exists however, I have experienced it at least 10 times, so I will move this topic to bugs and hope it will be looked at.
To describe it : It happens both in dangerous AND safe provinces. The hero tries to skin the hides but it gives just a message tries 0 hides 0. There is no message that he is attacked, no change in hit points. IF this is because someone else takes it, then I think there should be a message. I happens quite often, yesterday it even happened when I tried to skin at once - it didnt take the diamond and gave me a message that I got 0 hides.
