May be this topic was already, but I CANNOT FIND. can somebody help and tell, how to equip mercenaries? I don't find the right menu and it tells me that my fellow has armor 0

in hero menu on right side you can change to mercs 8)

In your hero colom on the right far corner at the top is your mercenaries tab
