what is new engage button?

and where is my 4th merc?

today I noticed new "button" at mercs. so I used it to tell, which mercs I want to use at defense. simply cause I thought its that, about what tiger spoke here http://forum.imperialhero.org/int/index.php?topic=4657.0

but now, my 4th merc is gone... (my captain lvl is 3). I dont understand why.

when my hero get back to town, merc is back. so its working as I thought, idle merc is awaiting you at town... just for info for others.
