two bugs... for xmas

I have two problems in this moment i can't access to the shops from about middle of this morning..
in the early morning i bought an item in the shops and i can't see it in my inventory... but the space is occupied and the money were taken

It might be a server problem, sometimes the games works slower, but its usually fixed fast. You'll be able to see the item you bought after the page loads properly, if not, report it back.

Well yes now i can access to the shops... but i have still a problems in seeing my worn cloak (mantle).
I don't see it in each of my mercs and hero too
