Crafting points per Tier

Hi everybody,
excuse me for my english but I don't have an answer for my question in the french forum !
My current level is 25 , and I'm weaponsmith.
I have 200/200 crafting points for the Tier 1.
I would like to know how to make to resolve the recipes for the Tier 2 ?

You drag them like potions on your hero's portrait and they register.

The recipes at your inventory are learned the same way you are using the potions. Just drag them to your avatar.
When a tier 2 recipe is learned then you will be able to craft it from tier 2 list the same way you craft the tier 1...
