A LITTLE BIT HELP

hello .1- im at 10 lvl can i use swords and all athers from tier 2 thet are in higher lvl .2- whtas better to use one-handed swords or two handed-swords. thnxx hope someone answer me :)

You can use maximum lvl. 19 swords.
