what's wrong with shops?

Yesterday evening i entered shop in imperial city. There was a crossbow i liked. I didn't have enough money. I worked all night in tawern and today i traveled to shop and... there was no crossbow! Yesterday it said that i have 20 hours till it change stuff in shop. 20h would be abou 4 pm, now is 12 and it's gone..

Well, every player has different items in shops so I dont think this is the case. It's quite strange, unless alhatal was mistaken where he saw the crossbow, then its probably a bug. I have done like him a few times and item was always there for 24 hrs.
