im at 12 lvl and the my crafting sed thet im at the 1 tier . what i must do to go to 2 tier. pls help me  :'(

You must reach 100 points in crafting Tier1 to unlock Tier2 crafting. Once you unlock Tier2, you must buy/find and learn recipes for Tier2. Only then can you craft Tier2 items. No recipes are needed to craft Tier2 resources though.
