Just a friendly advice.
If I were you, I would refrain from such public posts and try a bit more... private approaching.
You see, it does not help your image to call someone publicly stupid in a forum, let alone a forum manager.

I know that youre right but we have a community manager that really doesnt work!
We dont receive important infos, we dont have good answers to our questions.
I think its important to remember this to our communityt manager.
I pay in order to play here, each week i spend more than 10euro .....
