Vendi itens e não recebi o ouro correspondente

Já é a segunda vez que meu char põe à venda recursos, o ítem é vendido e o ouro não é depositado na conta. Existe alguma forma de recuperar este ouro?

Quando fez a oferta, por quanto tempo postou a oferta e qual o preço de venda?
