I dont know if that should work that way, but i was onlne while invitation was sent, but i didnt saw invitation until i didnt log out and back in.

i keep sending invitation to same player monte and he keeps trying. but no go can it be fixed

Is it possible that he has already joined the maximum times or guilds (e.g, in other IOTM games we are limitted to joining a certain alliance only several times...)
