Crafting Time Multiplier

I have a very big suspicion that CTM doesn't work for Tier 2. I crafted yesterday 50 Medium Leathers and today I crafted 15 Medium Leathers using CTF at max. It took me a lot of time, but it didn't give at least 1 critical item. 8.8% from 65 units is 5-6 units. Why I am not getting anything?

Yes.
That chance is calculated for each item you craft - i.e. when crafting 20 leathers from 40 hives, the chance is played 20 times.
This means that you can make up to 20 critical crafts and 40 leathers for 200 < CP < 300 and 20 CP or you can make 0 critical crafts, 20 leathers and 0 CP.

In this case, I have a REALLY BAD LUCK... I am crafting a lot of leather... I think I already have 100 crafter since got 2 stars an NOT 1 CRITICAL chance...
Did somebody manage to have at least 1 additional peace of Tier 2 leather?

Does everyone  else except programmers have only bad luck?

I decided to try smaller quantities and crafted only 5 medium leathers and again NONE critical items.
Now all  together my results are:
65+50+5=120 medium leather crafted as control experiment for CTM and NONE critical items... This is weird... Do I have a special mark for bad luck? Please, remove it from me..

I will try crafting some skins too, it cant be just you ...

by now i cant check this with resources but with item crafting i made 2 rare items. about resources ive made trick and when i had 195 CP i craft 205 crafted ash wood and now i have 400 CP in tier 2 gathering
