there should be 2 quests per tavern on list, but in farolin ground i get 2 accept button and 1 quest. like text is missing in first quest. i know its strange, but thats how i can describe it. because i dont see text. 
Absolute same thing occurs to me. Already found 3 quests but I was dead sleepy so I forgot to save the screenshot
Basically the description for the quest is empty, there is absolutely no text, only an accept buttion. After I accept it, it just shows me "0 out of 6", still no quest description. Those are pointless to take...
Also in Hope Village there are still quests to kill which bring experience.
