This is Rome Total War. But not pure can't figure out if it's with Total Realism mod, or another mod named Persian Invasion for Vanilla1.5.
Reasons that make me to believe it's Rome Total War:
1) This dead guy have the common dead stance at hill terrain(the half inside the terrain)
2) The terrain & back ground it self... (wild guess but i think it's somewhere at center south Seleucid Empire territory)
3) The known "spear" problem (spears are not parallel happens when you turn or move your unit)
4) The "penetrable" items... many times at RTW spears swords, etc seems like coming throw the shield (or walls & gates) sometimes... Specially when skins (like here) have been altered....
I was the Creator of this game (RTW)... Don't tell i didn't find it...
P.S. Must be the mod with Vanilla 1.5 due to the way the Hoplites holding their spears...
