OK the game is a legend and start from consoles before it go to pcs...
also have at least 3 games in it's series and one i think is on development...
the first one released at '95...
and the name is related to WWII!!!!

At first, for some (unknown?) reason, your screenshot reminded me of Primal Prey.
That UI (User Interface) though was totally different. And I am not sure if you could mount a dino there... ???
But after your hint, it is clear.
It's Panzer Dragoon.
(I'm still wondering in which universe this game is a legend, but anyway... :D :D :D )

Actually is panzer dragoon 2...
and is a legend among the console players... specially the sega Saturn players...
as for your legend i think i find it... i will let the other player, but i will tell the to you in person in 3 hours... :D :D :D

Warcraft 2 the race is... Humans?

You gave it "chewed" very easy just have 2 resources gold and tree, i just had played Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3, i recognize it by the "points" that show the buildings and also commands like F10 :)
