Is beta over ?

Should we take this post here http://forum.imperialhero.org/int/index.php?topic=7010.0 as a confirmation to the fact that the game is released hence beta is over ? I mean I took it as such but there are people out there impervious to common sense. Just trying to get an official confirmation. Thanks in advance.
