I was always trying to find equipment for my current lvl....now i realized that tier  and  strength requirement are the only things that cap your equipping of items.

But then....what is the "lvl" showing on items?

The higher the level the better the item... For example a level 38 sword is better than a level 32 sword...

Shure ... the best item crafted of the tier commonly are lvl 19 - 29 - 39 or 49 , but for the jeweller the best is 10 - 20 - 30 or 40 ... the recipes with this lvl are recipes of one time and can be legendary recipes or epic recipes
