Once you reach level 40 after June 2, you can equip rings and amulets of order 5?

According to more recent information, jewellery level will also be chanced to the format of the rest of equipment. Jewels will be divided in low level (x0-x4) and high level (x5-x9) and the same rules will apply on them too.

If i reach level 36 and i have mercs level 32 i will be able to upgrade their tier by healers? (like when you reach lvl 30 and you go to healers and you upgrade your tier 4 mercs from tier 3 in order to make them able to equip tier 4 equipment).
Also the new tiers will affect abilities of mercs? mercs availables in taverns will be splitted in two tiers from existing ones? (you'll find different mercs from x0-x4 and x5-x9 - where x is level - ex 10-14 and 15-19)

 The tiers are not practically changed, meaning you won't "change" tier at levels x5. Mercs, just like heroes, will only be able to equip high level items of their tier only once they reach level x5.
