In the bulletin, there written that the existing players will not apply the rule of lower levels and higher levels to equip items. so if I reach level 40 after June 2nd can equip items to level 48?

If you reach level 40 after the update, you won't be able to equip level 48 items. If you reach level 40 before the update and equip your items at that time, when the update comes you won't have to unequip them, they'll keep working. If however you then unequip a level 48 item after the update, you won't be able to re-equip it until you reach 45.

Once you reach level 40 after June 2, you can equip rings and amulets of order 5?

Well, since the don't have levels and the jewelry recipes levels are all below 44, I guess you will be able to. ???

I have a mercenary of order 5 with two guns at level 7. I'm equipped with weapons and armor of order 5. if I reach level 40 after June 2, I can use these mercenaries in battle with the equipment level 48? thanks for availability.

After 02.06, when the Tier 6 will be implemented, the rule for the items will be active.
Now everything is as it was till now.
So after 02.06, if your current level is 44, you won't be able to equip an item level 48.

I hope Judith was thinking 02.06. and not 02.07. because in game was announced June , not July  :-[

I hope I am not fighting like crazy in very risky fight if one more month is available. :D

The rule will also apply for Mercenaries, as the strength requirement applies for Mercenaries as well, as the Profession requirement, etc..
Mercenaries are almost heroes. Therefore all rules that affect Heroes, affect Mercenaries as well.;)

What mercenaries ? : ) As far as it is announced there will be three red zones, without taverns. Or will it be a normal zone as well (total of four) ?.

I know is a bit off-topic but... Since there will be a rule against equipping gear higher than x4 when you are in the x0-x5 zone. Will gear have more steps (i.e. x0, x4, x6, x8) and, more important, will we see lower level gear (x0,x4) with gems hence having stats from start ? Or will the current trend will be kept ? Thanks for the answers, sorry for the off-topic.

No mans lands do have tuverns (I got all my tier 4 mercs from Falar).
I think this is another reason now to look for high level mercs of your tier, since you'll be able to equip them accordingly too. :)

No castle taken on Realm 3 so I'm just guessing here. Maybe Falar Castle is taken on your server ? If the castle is still standing (which will be the case for the T6 no man lands) the only building you have in town is the Auction House. So no Tier 6 mercs if won't be any "normal" and/or yellow zone(s).

Well mercenaries are part of the game, aren't they?
So if you already have chosen the mercenaries,  and you want to equip them with better items later, they must have the required level.;)
