Not all mercs dead after a defeat in a "loot" battle

The last times I was attacked in a dungeon by other players (and lost ) I noticed that one merc was still alive. It is not the same merc, but always one didn't had to be healed. Last time it happened to my hero, he returned after a lost battle with full health.

Because i can't select 1 merc for fight in a round  ... you will take all mercs for fight in a round if you take 1 all others mercs wont be for fight in the next round

I was talking about something else

I wrote about other players attacking me, not about attacking in multistage dungeons.

What's the problem about that?
After your hero has been defeated, the battle has been considered as lost (for you, in that case).

For me obviously it is not a problem cause I save some money, but even "good" bugs are bugs.
