Question about crafting

my character has 200 CP in tier 1 for armorsmith

tier 2 seems to be open (0/300)

I bought me a tier 2 recipe, and I have all the ingredients, but when I go to crafting, the tier2 does not turn black, so I can not execute the recipe.

What did I forget ?

Have you "registered" your recipe?
When you buy a recipe you have to drag it on your hero's avatar so it is added in your recipes book.
