Don't know. Perhaps they decided IH will be better without it. Or may be they wanted to make the public chat more popular.

They were threatening that they will have a new one, so maybe it will appear tomorrow :)

The developers are working on it! It will be deployed very soon. I know it took too long, but please be a little more patient.
I think you'll all like the new messenger.  ;)
