If I remember well there was never an option to see when a player has been last online.
But you can see the online/offline members in your guild. Open the chat box -> Guild.
Or just go to the Guild tab.. They are all there, except if they haven't left the guild.

it was possible to see the activities of a player. if you passed the mouse pointer to the nick in the old chat, you could see a box that says: activities :..... I used to see the inactive and active ones, so I could hunt inactive, and bring into active ones.

Erm, did it say activities or did it show approx before how long their last activity was (yes, there was such a thing in ye olde chate)?
