Tier 2 Weaponsmith

I need info, please:
I am ranger level 8;
In crafting I am Weaponsmith Tier 1 with crafting points 104/200.
Tier 1
104/200
Tier 2
0/100
Tier 3
Locked
So I unlocked Tier 2. But I can not click on tier 2 recipes. I understood I need to buy those. OK, but I thought that I can see what weapons I can make in order to buy those recipes.

i have a question about crafting and tier2... how do crafting tools actualy work?...
coz sometimes i se they say 2% and sometimes +2, 2 or 1 or 3 or "X"; they add +2CP each time we make an items or craft resourses? or they add once the "X"% and that's it?...

crafting tools dont add CP, they add x% chance to make rare, legendary or epic item when you reach 200 CP in tier. some item have 2% and some only 2 but this is only visual difference 8)

to bad i think i will have to keep buy hides and make leather to rise my crafting tiers or to ask someone to invite me to a guild to share items :P

no, you have right. with resources is different, its chance to make more quantities from same raw material. if you reach 200 CP in resource crafting (leather and bones to you) you can make from 2 pcs raw material 1, 2, 3 or even 4 crafted raw material and chance is 4% + time coefficient + chance from crafting tool 8)
