It is not forbiden to create many accounts You can do it to, if you want to spend 24 hrs per day playing them

I don't think it is an issue right now because the game is still in Beta. When the game is officially launched (on a new server), I bet there will be a rule forbidding it, but that rule would probably only be enforced on the new Live server, not Alpha or Beta (that's my guess).
