and from which level You can use, because I cant give points to this bonus?

you can add points when you reach tier 3, so lvl 20. and it only counts for 1handed weapons

i am not sure in that. maybe warrior will be able to wield 2 two-handed weapon. in description for me it says that i must master axe, hammer,spear and 2 handed sword to lvl 7 so i can add point to dual wield. and thats new when i reached lvl 20.
but i would also like to know answer. because to reach all those stuff it will take very long time, because warhammers 4 requires tier 4.
