On the left side, there is a link to 'My Profile'. Go there. You will see the picture of your character. Below that picture is your name, and your realm. Yours says Realm 2.

He is playing in the realm beta (2) ... i find him in the statics

Yes Orca , the ImperialHero have 3 realms ... Realm Alpha , Realm beta and realm 3 ...

PS: observed issue after consuming potion and clicking on other bag immediately: potion is gone and healing/spirit effect not applied, maybe related to original post

The reason for no answer is simple: IO team do not work on weekends...
Sadly you will have to wait until Monday to have your answer.

And alway forget that other ppl dont work on Sunday

We haven't forgot/ignored your post, sir.
But except of your issue, there are other as well. So thanks for your patience so far.
There isn't a way to check what/how happened the day you were with 712/2486 hp (Ophalia prov. city - Valonia).
We used health potions in Ophalia/Valonia with your account and you hp went full without prob
We wasted 2-3 diamonds for that- they will be applied back to your account, no worries.

if the root cause is not found, at least  the diamond is back (actually it looks 2)

as said above, have seen similar situation when clicking on different bag right after consuming a potion. Unsure on Java network behavior, but it seems one transaction cancels an other before it is processed on the server...
