Okay, this game is based on a robbery system that s all I can say

HINT3: Russian name of this game remembers me something with one film or casino game..?

HINT4: The film name that was released at 1973 is the same as game's name, BUT you will have to find the Russian name too. Thought its to easy so I need russian name too
To search easilier the film name starts with letter S not counted the ''The [film name]'' at beggining

On screenshot is hippopotamus with costume, in room, what movie is with robber hippo!!! 
No offense but I did not seen any concretely hint...You wrote only about movie...
I looked, but I did not found any adventure game created by 1C in 1973...  (As I understand the movie was created in 1973, not game...) because 1C was founded in 1991...
P.S. write me a p.m. with  name of the game and I will post on the forum...
